We’ve engaged Patrick for several years to re-negotiate the terms of our existing lease at Covent Garden and he has now identified brand new offices that will be our new HQ from early 2025.

In my time as CEO at Javelin Group, we appointed Patrick on several occasions, and relocated our expanding business from Holborn to St Paul’s, where he secured the best financial terms in the building and created much needed lease flexibility, that subsequently helped the sale of Javelin Group to Accenture.
