We appointed Transact London to negotiate the terms of a new lease and secure additional rent free. Patrick’s detailed knowledge of the building and other tenants’ strategies proved invaluable in leveraging the best outcome for Ferrexpo.

Having re-negotiated our previous Covent Garden lease, we engaged Transact London to identify larger and better-quality offices within the local area.

Their approach and negotiations delivered up an excellent London office in Floral Street.

We engaged Patrick ahead of a decision to leave our London HQ of 60+ years and then guide us through the process of securing new leasehold offices that better suited GDC’s working practices.

At all stages, Transact London’s advice was spot on as to rents, market incentives, and upcoming properties.

Having worked with Patrick for several years, we appointed Transact London to identify our new UK HQ. He found and negotiated an excellent deal for us to acquire 6,000 sq ft of offices and showrooms at 60 Charlotte Street. This property has proved ideal to showcase our various fashion brands.

Patrick’s advice has always been well researched and communicated to both the UK and US teams.

We’ve been working with Patrick since 2018 when we decided to relocate from the City to the West End and engaged him to explore all property options across Central London that provided 30,000 sq ft.

He negotiated a new lease on our current Victoria offices and successfully sub-let offices on improved rents for us.

He has always provided sound property advice which has been well received amongst our wider partner group.

We have been working with Patrick for over 15 years. During this time, he negotiated several leases for us in the West End.

At all stages, he has been proactive and fully understood the needs of our business.

We appointed Patrick over 10 years ago to identify new offices in the City of London that helped to re-position Lubbock Fine’s brand and expansion plans.

Patrick was highly responsive to our needs and was adept at working with partnerships in making strategic decisions.

At all stages, Patrick was clear in his communication, negotiated effectively and was always available to answer our many questions. We trusted him throughout the process to deliver the best results for the business. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick.

We used Patrick to help relocate our offices from Kings Cross to Shoreditch and subsequently engaged him to re-gear the current lease. At all stages, his advice was spot on and well received by the wider international business.
